Accessible Parking

For accessible parking inquiries, the parking department can be reached at (504) 587-3805. Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot 3, which is located across from the East side of the Smoothie King Center off LeRouge Street. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card. Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on LaSalle Street and inside Opening Act and Club XLIV. 

Accessible Seating Locations (ASL/ADA) & Tickets

Accessible Seating Locations vary per event. When requesting tickets, please identify your mobility needs and/or if you need a seating location that is accessible for a standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device. People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional, contiguous seats for their companions in the same row. For relocations, only one companion may accompany a guest with disabilities in designated seating areas, if available. Please discuss companion seating with the Box Office when purchasing an ASL/ADA ticket.

If you buy or intend to buy a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location, please call our Box Office at (504) 587-3822 for information on accommodations.

Accessible (ADA) Seating Relocation Policy

Please call the Box Office at (504) 587-3822 several days before an event to be relocated to an accessible seat. Please be aware that while SMG will attempt to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available relocation seat for you. SMG is not responsible for ticket sales for some events, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional seats at events, particularly those events that are sold out. If you encounter an issue during an event with your ticket or seating, please visit the Guest Services Tent, which is located outside of Opening Act.

Guest Services on Event Days

A Guest Services Tent is located in Champions Square, outside of Opening Act, during all events. At the Guest Services Tent, a Guest Services Representative will be available to assist you and address any issues and questions you may have.

Service Animals

Trained guide dogs, signal dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Please alert a ticket taker that you have a service animal, then proceed to the Guest Service staff in the Guest Services Tent located within Champions Square.

Sign Language Interpretation

Requests for interpretation services should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to an event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill translation requests if made less than thirty (30) business days in advance of an event.

Wheelchairs

Champions Square has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid government issued identification card is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Services Tent located in Champions Square during all events.
