Accessible Parking

To gain access to ADA parking, proper vehicle registration is required, as well as a current placard with matching identification. 

Please be advised, all parking is limited on Saints game days. Accessible parking on both the East and West sides of Sugar Bowl Drive, and on level one of Garage 1A are first-come, first-served. For accessible parking inquiries, comments, or concerns, please contact our Parking Offices:

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on LaSalle Street and inside Opening Act and Club XLIV. 

Accessible Seating & Ticketing Information

Wheelchair accessible seating and semi-ambulatory seating are available at Champions Square, the location will vary based upon show production. When requesting tickets, please identify your needs and/or if you need a seating location that is accessible for a standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device. Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may also purchase companion seats.

If you have purchased a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location (ASL/ADA) but you are in need of such, please visit the ticket booth located on the north side of LaSalle avenue and Sugar Bowl Drive. Please note that there may be limited inventory. All ADA seats may be purchased in advance via or through Ticketmaster Customer Service line at 1-800-653-8000.

Guest Services on Event Days

A Guest Services Tent is located in Champions Square, outside of Opening Act, during all events. At the Guest Services Tent, a Guest Services Representative will be available to assist you and address any issues and questions you may have.

Service Animals

Trained guide dogs, signal dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome inside the Superdome. Please alert a ticket taker that you have a service animal, then proceed to the Guest Service staff in the Guest Services Tent located within Champions Square.

Sign Language Interpretation

Requests for interpretation services should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to an event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill translation requests if made less than thirty (30) business days in advance of an event.

Champions Square has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid government issued identification card is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Services Tent located in Champions Square during all events.
